the rrf is putting out alot of sidebranches and gaining some height, starting to stink too not much so far. seeing some 9 fingered leaves think ive only ever had 7 before. exotic...

the easy ryders are starting to take off but slow enough still, seeing some pistles on one or two so far. more girls. seems like i may have stunted the replacement rrf, either by stress transplanting or the crappy soil it is in. maybe not but seems very slow. worst case ill make runtbutter :firedevil:

think ive spotted the starts of a hermi flower
hopefully im wrong, it was the first pistle that showed on the rrf now it looks like it is growing bananas out the top. any thoughts? ive only had one hermi much later in flower but this looks pretty similar to me.

yeh im pretty sure it is just hoping its not.. it wouldnt be so bad if it was later on id just make some hash/edibles but it was looking good up till now. i might pull it off and keep watch for more, hope it was a once off... :joint: never sleep again and just watch every calyx for the next 40 days or so..

I had that happen to me a couple times when I was indoor growing years ago. One time I had a full blown herm and another time I think I had two pollen sacs develop on a plant. The second time I just nipped em off with my fingernails. They never grew back, I never found more, and never had any seeds that grow. I thought I read a long time ago that all cannabis females have the potential ability to pollinate themselves as the ability for a female to grow pollen sacs is already there via its primordial (my word) genes. A lot of the original landrace varieties had this ability. It's just through breeding that this ability is either enhanced or hidden. Don't get too depressed just yet bro. I think ya might still be ok...but no guarantees. Someone with a full bar of rep can either confirm or deny this lol

cheers ah its fine anyway, just a bit of a disappointing, think the other rrf will be a runt this one might be in the bin. last time i did them i took em early wanted to give it a good chance this time around. ill nip it off for now anyway and see what happens though being this early it seems like it might be a very hermie plant imo.
