Lighting a 80 watt ufo

bought a ufo--never have used it----question is will this work on my 1 week old seedings,how far from seedlings to place light .started under a 23 watt clf-I usually place under a 150 hps at a few weeks old till bud time.i loose a lot of seedlings that way. advice appreciated

Is the total output power only 80w?

Bout 16 inches should be good for a seedling. Not sure as far as your gentics and the stretch factor tho!

it says 80 x 3 watt---it has 3 fans------several seedling are autos ahd a few are some kush seed

80x 3 i think is referring to 80x3w so its a 240w probaly pulling 110-120 actual watts.

id put it anywhere from 16-22''
