Molasses feeds your microbes. Probably not necessary for bottled organics, but if you're brewing a compost tea, definitely.

Good looking girls, they're loving that light. And yeah, it'll pump out a little heat. 110k lumens means 8 Vero29s @ 2.8A each. 108w each or ~900w at the wall(fans and drivers). Similar heat created as 900w of HPS, without the added infrared lighy heat. It will up the temps of the grow room but should be easy to manage with an exhaust fan. A breeze over the canopy is always nice too. I'd keep it 18"+ mainly to make sure you're getting a good spread.
~1100ppfd in a 4x4, 120° beam angle of the cobs(don't know the lenses specs), 18" height should have your outer rim receiving ~70% of the light of the center. 24" would bump the outer rim up(if the center is too hot), but would add more reflector loss(not a huge deal with this much light. Just estimates here mostly, but I'd shoot for that 18-24" area to maximize your light, and go higher if you need. Now if those lenses are 90°, then 24"+ is where you want to be for even spread.
You can raise it more if you're getting heat problems still, its a lot of light lol.
And I'm no expert, I just get fixated on little projects. First it was "let's grow weed in the closet", next thing I know I've converted a spare bedroom to a grow room, then comes diy cobs, and also planning my next project(SoG autoflowers packed in square 8x8x16" smart pots(diy, ~4gal) to maximize use of my space without taking a huge loss of pot size(current 5gal 12" diameter))
