A Garden Of Goodies

These are the even canopies of three plants that were trained together.

Hey @witchyhour , thanks for the feedback. I've done supercropping (pinching stalks) in the past but I hadn't thought about softening the stem area before doing a 90 bend, that's a good idea, certainly that is how it should be done. If I decide to bend the top, I'll take your advice, thanks

Rinsed out the NQ and I think that's good. They both look pretty greened up enough, I do think I need to try and do less with the bottles with these. Soil is strong enough. I'm thinking somewhere around 50 to 65% strength soil is good enough, the way I mixed it, I think these are around 65 to 70 % and don't need much extra from the bottle. :peace:

Stretching has stopped so no worries with height. They're going outside in a day or so and cleaning out the tent for a small test of some sexy new Portal gear. :dancer:

Well, I already failed and attacked a jar for a little nubby, just had to know. :smokeit: :haha:

They're all really good...best quality I've ever achieved. So glad I chose to try the organic soil route, I don't see why I'd ever go back.
:meds:

Yeah, it's surprising when people are still trying to debate whether there's a significant difference between chem/organic buds. Makes me wonder...poor chap, what the hell have they been smoking?

Of course, it MAY be possible to get a good flush at the end, but chems go straight in whether the plant wants them or not. Once they're in there, good luck getting them out. Makes me shudder when I see people trying to get an extra gram of harvest by shoving nutes as their plant finishes. Guaranteed, that bud is not going to be as good as it could be.

I've not ever sampled an Oregon dispensary nugget that didn't burn the throat a bit, and taste like junk at the end. Smoke half and toss it. Blaaahhhh.

Organics are not difficult to pull off with a good foundation in place. I can't recommend it enough if you are truly growing for your own med supply.

Making your own soil mix may be somewhat involved, but I really like the soil pack I've used from kis organics, highly recommend it if you're in the states, it's been the foundation of success here, and made growing easy. :yay:
