If I remember jungle juice is a 3part nutrient so yes you would add all 3. During veg you're going to add more grow than bloom and opposite during flower

I have been feeding 1/4 strength nutes everyday should I be? I have looked at some feeding schedules that say water feed water and some water water feed hope I have not damaged her please advise

You may or may not know, but Ocean Forest is a hot soil and doesn't require nutes for the first 3-4 weeks, which is where you are now. Be sure to start your nutes at 1/4 of the published amount and work up from there.

If the tips of the plants leaves aren't burned, then you should be fine.

Small yellowing on some of the older larger fan leaves but new growth none showing sign if nutrients burn

Yellow lower leaves earlier in the grow is a nitrogen thing. Can happen at end of grow too. Glad you didn't burn tips. Much luck for rest of the grow.
