New Grower afghan kush ryder first grow 250 watt hps. Tips needed

My first autoflower grow of 3 akr from world of seeds. just needed a few hints and tips. im growing under a 250 watt hps from start to finis.All plants are in 5gallon buckets and im usin biobizz nutes which i started in week 3 the plants are now 29 days old but are all completly different shapes and sizes one is maybe a week behind the others. one of these looks really healthy and bushy and is flowering nicely and the other is also flowerin nicely but is really stretched out and over 50 inches tall which from what ive been reading about the akrs isnt normal and it just wont stop growing! its over 10 inches taller than my other 2 and i cannot move the light closer to them or further away from the tall fellah. Does anybody have any ideas why this might be happening as ive been doing this by the book as much as possible. ive added some pixs please exuse the quality this whole thread is being done via my phone. . Also what is the average yield off the akr and any tips for maximising yields?

I think that has happened to a lot of us where the same strain grows plants at different rates.This also happened to me with a trans siberian where one grew a lot taller than the other one.I really don't know why this happens.The only thing you can do is bend the taller one over gradually with some string so its away from your lights or at last resort cut off the main cola or main stem. Your girls are looking great so good luck the rest of the way.:smokebuds:

Thanks for that im going to try tying it down dont fancy losing any of my long awaited smoke. What is the trans siberian like i have 3 of them for my next grow along with a big bud/nothern lights cross and have just ordered a tent so ill be doing a full journal on my next run.

Not much interest in my post but il keep going anyhoo!Plants are looking good apart from a slight hint of nute burn ive read that to correct this i have to flush my plants with 3gallons of water to every gallon of earth! Is this right or wrong seems to me like i may be drowning the roots to much! ! Aprt from the nute burn the plants are filling out really well the flowers are startin to really juice up! Will post pics soon.

Keep in mind there are different Pheno types within each strain so you can get 1 short and bushy plant and another tall and lanky.

Middle looks like the short and bushy, right looks like the tall and lanky and the left is an inbetween. All should fill out nicely with buds.

no need for the phone books mate ive made to woodens stands for the 2 smaller ladies! Its made a hell of a difference! ! Loving my growing expirience so far its class to see things coming along day by day and learning from my mistakes!

yeah their not going bad at all now thanks vapedas. . Just a quick question the flowers on my bush are really filled out and getting bigger by the hour but though the flowers on the 'beast' are plentiful their really thin and stringy looking! will this change or will i end up with loads and loads of sgraggly little buds??

Hey Tom! I am on day 38 for my AKR's under 250w MH/HPS as well. flowering nutes will slow down vertical growth. I have 1 AKR that is about a foot taller than the other and I planted at the same time. Different pheno I guess. looking good man!! Grow karma to ya!!
