I am just curious. I have been looking for info on how many posts you have to have before you can give reputation points, how to earn badges, etc. Is there a thread somewhere that details what privileges are gained through specific milestones like time on the forum, post-count, etc?

I've tried to give people some rep who have helped me out, or that I thought deserved it a few times, and it won't allow me to. I just wonder what the goal-posts are for this and other things on AFN..
