Indoor air req

hi all

I am in the process of forming a room at end of detached garage

looking for some advice on best fan and size to extract air and if a fan needed to bring air in, also would the expelled warm air need to be stealth

size will be 2700 long 1500 width 2100 height
will be using 50mm kingspan

lights will be x4 or 3 gn ms6

With something that big you could use a couple of 20 inch window fans,one for fresh air intake and one for exhaust.

A 6inch/150mm inline fan and filter will do the trick for extraction,that size they should move 500-600m3. A small 4inch/100mm intake fan would be cool to.
