Mephisto Genetics Alien x triangle limited edition

hey guys, after some favorable reports and requests ,
I've just checked stock of the alien x triangle, we'd just been giving this away as a freebie with orders.

We have enough to put out a limited limited edition , we'll find something else nice to give away as freebies

But we'll need to compile the following to get it out there!

1) a name

2) nice photos - budshots, cola shots, macros, oil for example

3) smoke report

4) description

5) thc test

Being honest we've not touched these other than to do a germ test prior to selling/gifting them.
And I wouldn't ever ordinarily sell anything we haven't trialled ourselves hence them being freebies, but I trust the good feedback from the members that have tried it.

Anyway guys let us know your thoughts on the above, and we'll see what we can do

I feel very lucky to have a couple of your Alien X Triangle seeds.
That is already a great name: simple, easy to remember, tells the story.
Creative names can confuse new buyers, and confused people don't buy.

I avoided even reading about Sour Bubblin’ Crack because the name is unappealing to me.
Makes me think of a fat girl with a yeast infection, is it chunky? Arrgh!

When I see strains that I recognize and that have been selected by a skilled breeder like Mephisto... I think buy, buy, buy!

Like Alien x Triangle, its kinda mysterious. We've all seen it and heard about it but, nobody knows shit about it. Lol

Suppose I want to grow Alien OG. I go to my favorite seller (Seedsman for example) and search for Alien....12 results, but nothing from Mephisto shows up in the search. Darn. Because my I heard Mephisto makes good stuff, but I guess they don't have Alien OG.

Creative names are fun for the inner circle here on AFN but they might lose some sales from the big seed resellers.

IMHO, you have identified the right dynamic but are looking at it the wrong way.

Let's say you like Sour Diesel. There's tons of Sour diesels....how do you choose?
Why not be known for your gear by reputation AND have a unique branding effort,
rather than one head amongst the herd. Easier to refer to as well. You tell some one,
they should grow Walter White....there is NO confusion about which breeder's White...

Ultimately, you only have to run one or two Mephisto strains before you're looking
to them first, and if they don't have the strain then you go down the list.

My 2 cents. Way easier to make a name for yourself when you're the only one
with that name.

Wait..what this? It is something called Fantasmo Express. Huh? I wanted Ghost Train Haze!

You are probably right. I am thinking about newbies like me. It took me months of reading to stumble on to Mephisto, then trying to choose was confusing and is still confusing (just now I had to look up the difference between Sour Bubblin’ Crack and Sour Bubbly)

24 Carat, on the other hand, seems like a great name because I never heard of its parents, they are totally obscure to me, something I would never search for.

I think I am suggesting that if the parents are famous like Chemdog then it is helpful to newbies to use it in the name like Chemdogging.
