I think there are some professional courtesies at play too....while most people
can't trademark or copyright these names, I think it may be the case that a lot
of strains are considered "proprietary"....obviously that ceases to be the case
when a strain becomes ubiquitous...like Northern Lights or Sour Diesel.
But technically, Rare Dankness is the only place to offer true Ghost Train Haze.
I, for one, don't think Mephisto makes more from veterans, I think they just
rely on social media and the forums (AFN isn't the only forum they maintain
a presence on) and their website, and competitions/events like Spannabis
to "get the word out".
