**Update**
Day 12 3:24 PM.
Temp 28.5C Hum 54%
Fed 500 ml of water with .5ml/L G/M/B, 2ml/L of voodoo juice, 1ml/L of B52.
Man are these girls ever looking good. Can't believe the growth on them. Starting to get some side shoot action going on I think.
The runt is starting to really pick up with noticeable growth over night. Think she is liking the nutes. I'm going to make her my project and get her going real nice and strong.

**update**
Day 14 6:03 am
Temp:25.5c Humid:55%
-No water or nutes were given as the soil was still moist.
-noticing a slight leaf curl. Daytime temps have been in the 30's here and they are in an uninsulated garage. Inside temps go to 30c for a few hours a day. I have big blocks of ice with a fan blowing to try and control temps.
-they seem to be taking well to the nutes. Will up the feed on day 15.
-growth is amazing. I knew they would grow fast but didn't think like this.
-the runt isn't so runty anymore. Although still behind her sisters she is really starting to take.

Kings kush...
-both seeds now have a tap root showing. Will plant into medium after work.

What else can I do to lower temps? Or is this ok to be at 29c for a few hours a day?

29c should be fine for a few hours mate. I've had the same issue with heat in my little box on hot days and I've found my meter reading as high as 34!!! I'm not saying this is good by any means but my plants have survived this heat and continued growing all the time. As for cooloing, I've used blocks of ice myself and it can work to some extent but a massive pain in the arse keeping the ice topped up, fans and ventilation would be my advice from one noob to another. You may wanna hear what some of the experienced guys have to say though.

29c is fine dude, chill man , My tent is running around the same and I'm not too worried. When your into the 30's + for a long period of time then I would start to worry a bit. My lady's took 35c on couple occasions a couple of weeks back and they pulled through it fine.

-girls are looking great with alot of new growth.
-main leafs are not growing overly but under growth has picked up.
-plants 1,2 3 each watered .5L@ 1ml/L G / M / B, 2ml / L B52, voodoo juice, .5ml / L calmag
-plant 4 (runt) watered .5ml / L G / M / B, 1ml / L voodoo juice, b 52
-no sign of the 2 king kush popping yet.

Day 16 6:00 AM
Temp 25c Humidty 54%
-growth is progressing nicely.
Noticing new set of leaves daily with under growth and shoots coming out everywhere.
-Temperature is staying at a reasonable level dispute hot conditions outside. It only creeps to 30c for a few hours a day.
-did not water as soil was still moist.
-no signs of defiency or over/under watering so must be doing something right.
-the runt is coming along! Actually starting to catch up to her sisters. I think she is going to be a beauty.
-1 kings kush showed her head today! So this will count as day 1.
-added blocks of ice again this morning as temps are supposed to be 33c outside today.
Let me know what you guys think. I'm open to suggestions or tips.

Question for you experienced growers that are watching.
Been reading alot about lst training. I haven't made a decision on with it will benefit me or not. I do have 6 girls in a 3.5x3.5' space now. (I know it's going to get cramped in there)
So the question is what are your thoughts on lst for my setup? I have to admit this being my first grow I am somewhat hesitant to do this.

My 2 cents... LST done right can benifit anyone. I know its an exciting process but i woukd honestly put all my effor into happy healthy plants and repeat that a few times. Then tak the training step to up ypur game...
