i myself have always used single seed center. like stated above the delivary time is very constant. however on my last order my sweet mango seed turned out bunk. i became slightly upset with thisand sent an email to the company last night. basically stating that a minimal failure rate is expected, however if im on a tight rotation and i need that seed, here it going to cost me roughly 30 dollers with shipping to replace a bad seed. i asked if there was anything they could do for me as send a replacement or offer a discount on next purchase. ill keep you guys updated
 
grab the Vaseline. I had same problem with various gear of theirs, first words mentioned..... We wont talk of germing, then emails blocked. Personally fuck ssc
 
attitude always has the lineup of 5 random photo and auto seeds under their " more you spend more free seeds " deal and if u see a freebie in that lineup u like and ur not spending enough to get it, i noticed they flip those same same seeds before they put new ones on for example..

when i was ordering from attitude at first the last two seeds on the freebie list were Critical jack auto and la diva auto. i wasnt spending that much so i wasnt going to get them, only some random photos :(

right before i placed my order i was looking some more and refreshed the page and the critical jack auto and la diva were the first freebies on the list on those photos were now the last so i ended up getting the free autos :D

idk when they switch them but if u see one u like and ur patient im pretty sure u can snag it for free :dance:
 
I should state as well, with ssc, I had issues not related to germing, when they pulled that. Is nice to try get them replace damaged shit, and get ignored.

Oh well, they don't need my money, they have enough.

Next time I bump into an issue, instead of being polite about it, my first line is going to read, hey your shit is so fucked. Lmao. It wont be, umm, I received my order and I have an issue, mind helping me through this with customer service.
 
have used oss (original sensible seed co) and they do send autos when you order autos ordered 5 pk and got 2nl autos received in 11 days first order

i place an order with your company around mid January. order #236939.
the sweet mango auto listed in the invoice above is bunk. i cant
elaborate how i know this but i feel its information that is needed to
be shared. that seed is very important to the flow of my seed
collection. however for myself to order a replacement would be roughly
30$ usd with shipping and handling . i am not asking for a free
replacement, although that would be nice rather im looking for a
compromise. is there anything you guys can do to eliviate the cost of
my next order or do i just bite the bullet and try another company?
your response is expected. im placing an order on Friday, and i would
love to continue business in the future.

Dry out the seed that didn't sprout, put it back in the little baggy, smash it and send them a picture saying it showed up like that. They want to play shitty games? Fine. :firedevil: When large companies play games with me I play them back.

I've had to deal with the customer service at SSC before and they're assholes. I expect reasonable questions to be answered without an attitude problem. I'm done doing business with them.


As a by now obvious after note, never mention germination in a letter to a seed bank unless you know them from forums, ect. They will cut off contact. It's like walking into a head shop in Cheyenne Wyoming and talking about pot. It's not that we don't all know we're talking about growing/smoking, they just don't know if you're leo.
 
I was medicated, thought I said was shipping damage? Was 6 seeds of various stock. None I repeat none were salvageable. I think customs beat the crap out of them. Or SSC had some deranged kids in the warehouse.
Wish they were able to be good enough to kill in germ.

I email and said kindly they were damaged during shipping. They replied about not discussing germ rate.
I re-email asking where in the pics I attached to email does it show germ or wet seeds I reattach pictures, and at this point understand large company maybe an email mix up as well as might be a medicated dude taking my email. Again stating I have a damaged seed issue due to shipping.

Next correspondence I get was I was harassing them and they already determined it was a germ issue. We refuse discuss issue further and are blocking further emails with you.

WTF, good thing they are not located in the US, I may have had to take a drive to sort the issue out in person.

The breeder was a lot of help as well, they don't ship to the US. So I now avoid as well companies known not to ship here. Saves me hopes of them having a little balls and say to the retailer, send them again to the guy. We will cover it.

Anyways I wrote enough of a book today I am off to roll a few.

Casian, I hope they do you good, but I put little stock in them at all.
 
Casian, any updates? I called seedsmans once for a easy Ryder freebie I never got in order they said they re ship it, never got it... Think ill call again ;) also thanks for this thread! Never occurred to me to email and ask... Lol
