attuide tried to stiff me on my smashed freebies there excuse was there free so it does not matter when in fact i only order there overpriced seeds because the freebies make there over priced seeds worth it
Edit where just as bad sent me £60 of free th seeds for free asked me to return them which i did and stiffed me on the postage

dopeseeds and seedsman seem to have customer service down IMO you only know who to trust when stuff goes wrong
shanti also hooked me up in the past when i got stung by high-land/hempstar/ i need seeds (they have several websites)

Ruth over at seedsman seems like they'll work with you, just gave them a ring about my missing easy Ryder freebie, she wasn't in so I was told to email her... Originally they were going to send it out but been over a month and haven received it, will email now and see what they sAy... At least they have a phone number you can call... Shipping was quick to us...

Casian, any updates? I called seedsmans once for a easy Ryder freebie I never got in order they said they re ship it, never got it... Think ill call again also thanks for this thread! Never occurred to me to email and ask... Lol

the package is on its way, so ill let you know as soon as it arrives. as far as my experiance goes with dealing with ssc customer service has been quite pleasant. if you talk to them nice yet stern, they appreciate your business. however the day they pull my chain, ive been itching to give attitude seed bank a try. the amount of freebies seems unbeat

so here is the final updates on my orders. after i provided an incorrect address, the ssc resent a package free of cost due to my error( in the terms and policy it states if wrong address is provided the are not responsible). it just arrived. all contents are in perfect shape and the freebies have been switched to all autos per request

second order - on its way. right after i placed the order i emailed the ssc customer service and asked if i could switch to just auto freebies. here was their response:View attachment 190954

Yes Its true. I will rent my order soon from dope seeds (just a dwarf and a diesel matics), and the freebie Haze will go outside
And rent from RCMC too. 10 fem GhazeXc99 just 45, and they send 15 freebie. I read in AFN some new auto strains are comeing soon. (If I know well freebie autos too)
