I’m starting to suspect that too, come to think of it, all the freebie seeds I’ve gotten from Herbie’s have been… weird. The ones labeled from notable banks have done fine!

Thanks all for the advice, I switched to 12:12 last Sunday, and this morning was treated to confirmed pistils on BOTH of these not-autos! Guess I’m growing photos in XL solo cups. Lol. Can’t wait to see how this goes!

I wouldn’t worry. This is the first weird thing I’ve had happen with anything I got from Herbie’s. I can’t state definitely that anything that’s happened previously wasn’t my own fault, also being a new grower. I’ve had good experience with everything else I’ve grown - I just think these freebies were mislabeled as autos!

All of these were from Herbie’s and went as well as I could expect from an amateur grower like me! You’ll do fine!

New to autos myself. I had some recently that had gone 10 weeks and buds basically quit developing but the plants kept stretching. Two different strains in rdwc. Chalked it up to high ppms and good uptake. Ffof is some rich stuff. Wonder if you may have had a similar issue with that hot stuff

OF has given me better growth than anything else at this part so far, actually. I found that Happy Frog was too hot to be honest, but I noticed great improvements when I switched over to OF. The other element I’ve incorporated to help with that is sprouting in a peat plug or a hole full of coco right inside the OF. This way, the tender young roots just grow in neutral soil for the first few weeks, then once they branch out, the plant is old enough for the nutes in the medium! I’ve had A LOT of success with that!

You guys were the right place to turn, that’s for sure. Looks like I’m definitely growing some mislabeled photoperiod plants! Within 8 days of switching to a 12:12, I noted pistils on both plants, and here we are two full weeks later looking at proper buds!
