Nutrients Awolace try’s biotabs for the first time - Mephisto Forgotten cookies

Firstly I’d like to give a big thanks to www.biotabs.nl for sending me all these cool goodies to try out and document. I’ll be putting the whole range to use in my first go with them. I’ve been feeding biobizz and old timers bottled organics for a while now so this is a nice progression for me.


Soil has been prepped with mycorex, startrex and bactrex, I’ve also added some dolomite lime as I’ve had a few issues with calcium uptake recently. My summer water has dropped from a ph of 8 - 6 so the lime should provide calcium as well as slightly raise the ph of the soil to help its uptake.

Forgotten Cookies is in soil.

Here she is on day 17. I’m a little worried so far, leaves are dark green but there seems to be a deficiency starting from the bottom. She’s a little small for her age too but her sister plant the fugue state was at this stage too so I’m not too concerned. What do you reckon about her colouring??

She looks pretty good to me bro. What makes you think she has a deficiency starting from the bottom?

My two skywalkers I’ve been doing an organic full outdoor grow with are a few days older than 17 and your plant has way more development.

But it’s really hard to compare plants when there’s a difference in phenotypes let alone strain/genentics.

Seems to be a different shade of green at the bottom but wouldn't say that it's yellowing . Any better pics?

She does look a little dark / well fed maybe mate? Did you make the standard soil mix as per the instructions?

I would say it's probably just the soil getting nice and active at 17 days in as the tabs kick in, and she's being a greedy girl?

Have you used any boom boom yet mate?

Sorry missed this before. Yeah I used boom boom fairly early in, here she is now on day 24. She looks dark still but healthy. She’s a lot smaller than I’m used to at this stage so a little dissapointed but she started fully flowering at day 19 which won’t have helped.

I think due to her small size she is just very well fed on the Tabs mate. She looks super healthy so I think she’s good [emoji106]

Definitely on the small side. Maybe she had a root problem or something when very small.
