Lighting Best CFL i ever used - four ounces dry ...

Great grow. I'm going to get the same cfl. You got four ounces dry from four plants?

Yeah four dry. There's someone else on here who did a diary and beat that, also using a 250W CFL.

I'll find it when i get back from work.

Thanks man :)

Ye most bulbs got the 8-inch long u-tubes but these re ten.

Also they got some good rep over the years from small cab UK growers so the proof is in the pudding :)

It says on their site "bulb life approx 8,000 hours", and my lady-lamp lasted me 8,100 hours so they know their tech, no overclaims.

The company i bought the new LED bulb from claims it's 120 watts will be a 400w HPS equivalent, which i of course didn't belive for a moment.

But it looks to be growing my current girls definitely as well as the old CFL, and maybe better, who knows.

I'm not doing any LST this time but i'm adding some CFL for a bit of sidelighting but heat more than anything. I shouldn't really coz i wanted a true LED/CFL compare, but i need the extra heat for the plants happiness coz it's cold out here in the country where me and my girl have just moved to ;+}

But it's only 40W of CFL so not a big difference.

Thanks again :)
