Lighting Best LED Grow Light?

Hey all,

Gonna update this post soon but I'm looking to update my setup. Currently i grow in a closet with two 150 watt hps, closet is covered in nylon. I'm thinking about getting an additional grow space, a small portable tent, and was looking to upgrade to LEDS for this space. At the moment the planned space is the following...

I'm thinking about doing two smaller leds or something similar to a Grow Northern HS1, or really any good led with good value. Budget maxing out at 500ish, prefer to spend a few hundred.
Any suggestions on tents and lighting would be super! Thank you so much.

I have lush LEDs black dog Apache Cali light works and platinum LEDs, they all have one thing in common, they do much better as a supplement to another light like a 315w lec from sunlight supply co, LEDs don't cause the plants to perspire as much so they drink way less, HIDs cause the Emerson effect so the plants power through nutrients and you yield a ton more, LEDs are great for quality but HIDs definitely win the yield prize, I alternate 315wLEC with an led panel inbetween each fixture, the mixed spectrum gives great yields and potency.
