Grow Mediums Best Premade Soil?

Happy frog straight is a little weak its perfect for seedlings with some perilite added but your gonna have to add somthing to it for PH and some earthworm castings or another soil mix to give the plant what it needs.i finally found what works best for me witch is 50/50 mix happy frog with Ocean forest and then add perilite till its about 30% of the overall mix. This gives me a good PH level of around 6.5. And i really dont nute the plants till they are growing rapidly towards the end of veg. And in very small doses and increase very slowly. Same with flowering i still give it veg. nutes along with a little tiger bloom up untill the growth slows then just the tiger bloom. And as far as perilite it should always be added to any soil. some guys i know go 50/50 soil to perilite. helps roots grow faster and helps to stop compaction and helps soil dry out evenly. If you cant get ocean forest Black gold organic works good.

Sorry I don’t mean to hi jack you’re thread I have a question on the same subject could I use happy frog with worm castings and then feed with grow more seagrow 16-16-16 for veg and seagrow 4-26-26 for bloom?

Well to be honest you can throw your nutes in the trash or give them away unless you want to finish up your investment but I would check out this below..I gaurantee it will be the best weed you have ever grown..I would just thin it out a little bit with some coco or peat or both as it is geared towards photoperiods but it will make life easier.

Oh man did I bozo that one sorry. I wanted to use their waterless but the shipping prevented it but after checking out the Nutient Pack it seemed like the way to go. Anywhoo, KIS is the real deal regardless of which product bone decides to go with. You have results to prove that’s! Cheers!

I tailor my soil recipe a little bit more every grow. So far I use 50 50 happy frog and ocean forest with 20% added perilite and vermiculite then 10% worm castings and kelp meal with some coco coir at the top of pot for added moisture for seedlings. And a little ff tiger bloom during late flower.

I am a simple guy, BioBizz light-mix or Plagron light-mix with added perlite and coco. For nutes I only use Advanced Nutrients Terra Vega, Terra Bloom and pk 13\14.

Im coco all the way. Best cannabis medium in my opinion hands down. Its more difficult and time consuming but is worth it in the end.
