I called your number in Spain I think. A women picked up, she didnt speak English. She then handed the phone to a man who spoke a little better and when asked can I make an order and do you ship to the US they said no. I have now moved on to SoHum living soil (made for cannabis)and wouldn't bother with international shipping and custom headaches.

That was brief moment i was not in the office, my Spanish staff just always try there best attending clients best as possible.
I think there was just a mis understanding.

Thanks @Biotabs F69 for your reply. What is the shipping cost of starterpack to USA now? Do you offer an AFN discount? I would be ordering (the full program), enough for 12 plants in soil in 11 liter airpots. When you have time can you private message me a quote on the most economical way of ordering for all the needed products? Would starterpacks still be the best way to go?

Yes your oder got send out just before xmas. The Spanish postal service got to many packages to handle.

Cool. Well, all I know is that all three larger packages of my BioTabs stuff got here fairly quickly as well as the boxes were fully intact too.Never had an issue here in MD personally.
