Hello autoflowering nation!
(Keep in mind that I'm totally new on growing and don't really know what's good or bad)

after reviewing some soil threads I've decided I will start with black gold soil. I've read good threads about ocean farm soil but I can't get a hold of any near my area. I've tried Home Depot but no luck. I've also tried wallmart and no luck. The only way of getting it is by ordering it online by what it seems.

Now, as for fertilizers, what will be a good one?

Any my advice is highly appreciated! I will be using RQS seeds.

As long as it has not been prefertilized w/ time release nutes you should be OK ... I use at least 30% perlite in all my pots ... sometimes more ... perlite encourages fast growing roots and larger plants. It's good to keep things simple w/ nutes. I'd recommend Sea Grow 16-16-16 for veg and Sea Grow Bloom for flowering ... dry nutes are easier to keep fresh and easier to measure.

WalMart, Home Depot, etc. are sometimes not the best places to find good quality soils. You would probably better off looking at nurseries or garden supply stores.

Black Gold has a pretty extensive product line and not all are suited for growing autos. Which one were you planning on buying?
