New Grower Blue Mystic First Grow

Big sis is at day 72. Yesterday I gave her some ewc tea (no molasse, I was out). She looks about the same so no pics. She's still making new flowers. This morning I noticed more tricomes are starting to turn amber. I wonder how much longer she's going to take. I'm wanting to chop when I see 10-20% amber.

Little sis is six weeks now. She seems healthy and happy. Her color looks good to me, but I've noticed some red/yellow discoloration in her leaf tips. Anyone know what this means? I'm wondering if it's a little nute burn and some of the blue mystic color common out or if it's something else. I believe she's started to flower. She's about 7" tall. I gave her 1/2 strength 5-1-1 Alaska fishy grow last week. When should I start increasing PK?

I haven't done anything to train her. She's so dense and her stem is fairly rigid. I don't really see a good way to do it. I want to get her in the other box with the side lights and red bulbs soon. I'm hoping I can harvest big sis soon.

If little sis is the plant in the picture then YES you should already be increasing PK values as she is heavy into flower already. I would say she has a little tip burn but over all a nice looking plant. Good job.

Yes, that's little sis. I need to give her a drink. I have some Alaska fish grow 0-10-10 I can mix in. I think I'm going to give her some more 5-1-1 too. Thinking I'll scratch in some Epsom salt and maybe a little kelp meal just for kicks. A few weeks ago I scratched in some oyster shell flour so I think she should still be good on Ca. I want put her under all red bulbs, but I can't move little sis into the other box until big sis is harvested.

Hi there curly, I just wanted to show you a a few pics of a plant I did kinda heavy lst on. Maybe give you an idea of what I was talking about the other day. The pot is only ~7" wide and ~5" tall. The plant is about 1' at its widest, and ~6" tall.

It took me 3 sessions to get the main stalk to lay down all the way, and was started at about 14 days old.

The 2 buds farthest left is the top (it is a photo, and I topped it) and the 2 farthest right are the lowest branches. The pic does not show it to well, but I ran it to the side of the pot, and then around the edge like I was suggesting for you to try. Hope this helps some. Take care.:smoking:

Thanks, Fuggzy I'll have try that next time. Lil sis is only about 7-8" tall, but I finally put her under the red spectrum lights so I'm watching now to see if she stretches.

I chopped big sis tonight. She was 76 days from seed. I can't believe she made it to the end. I'm so happy!

Wet trimmed weight is 80g so I'm guessing dry yeild will be around 20-26g. Hooray I finished my first grow! Thanks everyone for your help. I'll keep posting updates on little sis. Peace.

Lil sis seems to be a runt or I accidently stunned her growth. She's 53 days old,but only 7" tall

I moved the lights trying to get her to stretch, but no luck. Any ideas?

She's not gonna grow enough to notice ... looks like she'll give you a nice bud though ...
