yah muddy i just added the fox farm granual line up to my already great grow and they are EXPLODING. I am having an issue deciding if its now a deficency or if i am burning them since i changed my feeding completely. I dialed down the nutes by half yesterday in order to see if im just overfeeding which i have a feeling is what is going on according to the leaves on my ladies. ive had unusual autos though that CRAVE nutrients above and beyond what is recommended. I think the specific PAR output of led stimulates them in a way only rivaled by induction plasma light or natural sun.

I know I'm feeding mine more than others are feeding theirs so do believe there is something to it. I just wish I had the knowledge of the plant biology to really understand the processes that are taking place so that I could really fine tune my feedings. With both Mi5 grows I've done under mine I've had phenos that did great and showed no deficiencies and other phenos that showed what was either a mild deficiency or some mild bleaching. I just hate having to guess what is happening and then using trial and error to try and figure it out.

Hydrogrowled now do .5 watt adjustable intensity led boards. I was thinking of picking some up as supplemental lighting for a joint project I am about to start working on. Those penetrator-x panels sure look tempting though

yah snooch those look cool but honestly why pay more to lower and raise your light output instead of just blasting it at full? my ladies love light and i give them all i can. penetrator panels are awesome but honestly they are overpriced imho. im about to buy my 4th 240w blackstar panel in the next 4 weeks. im also going to grow one under my 100w unit for the party cup grow off!!!!

Yeah I've got a 230watt at the moment and a 110watt cheapie and so far I'm happy. I hear good things about hydrogrow and blackstar.... Plus unfortunately I'm a sucker for a fancy pitch :/

Thinking about it adjustable intensity, it isn't really a great selling point is it?! at least you know they are using the latest led technology with all their new panels

to an extent but its honestly the same guts as any other panel..... the hydrogrow is decent from what i hear but dollar/watt i prefer blackstar as a no fuss no muss growing system that honestly does just fine in my situation.

I'm currently running a 500w Blackstar in a 4X4 tent. Over the last month or so I've harvested 4 autos and I've been really happy with the output of all of them. The light and tent were new for this grow and the setup looks like it will have paid for itself in the first run. I think my next run will be non auto Chocolope and Kandy Kush. I'm planning on getting a couple smaller LEDs for side lighting.

The tent is also from Gotham Hydro (seller of blackstar.) When I had a problem with it their customer service was top notch. Just call and ask for Victor.
