Christmas brought a new meter...
Was wondering.... any of you track brix? And if so, care to share your methods?

Heh, I use Brix to test a few things (work related) but don't bother for growing.

Unless you feel you can put together a solid method it is my opinion that results might not be anymore usefully than other forms of observation

One thing I think I've noticed was a lower (7) number.
Then took a soil sample and slurry tested. 6.3pH 300 ppm.
Heavy feed, rechecked brix before lights out. Brix into mid teens. Hard to get a true reading as my nute line is calcium based, line is a blur... but does let me know there's not a calcium deficiency!

Girl was hungry. Overall look is very healthy... but the brix might confirm my nutes needed a bump. She's a monster.... day 27 today... this was a couple days ago. If I knew she was gonna be this big, I woulda run her solo. That's a 4x4. And I've got 6 more weeks....
