Live Stoners First ever grow - Northern Lights by Royal Queen Seeds

They are in the CocoLoco mix. I started adding nutes and CalMag about a week ago at 1/3rd of the recommended dose. And Thank you brother I am excited for this as its my first grow ever.
Cool bro and I would just stay light on your nutes and only feed them once they feel a bit light as that's how you will learn good watering techniques. And welcome to our home and I'm Tom and if need anything just ask

Day 26...I used some plant benders and did some LST. Also trimmed the single and tri leaves on the bottom as they were dragging on the soil. Except for my tallest plant, I didn't remove the tri leaves on that plant. Watered and fed with 2/3rd recommended dose of nutrients. Did a full dose of CalMag. Watered them a little more this time to help recovery hopefully.

I can run it at the same time thats what ive been doing. I think thats what caused them not to grow. But i could lift the light further up and turn both on. Maybe Ill try that as well.
The best results in your lower canopy will be from having your light as high as possible while having the light level you want at the canopy top, so lifting your lights is a good idea. So called "penetration" is better that way. :pighug:

Not the easiest thing to explain, but try this. Consider two setups that have 800 mmol/sec/m2 at the top of two foot deep canopy. One light is one foot from the top, and the other is two feet. The lower canopy of #1 will get roughly 200 (intensity varies by the square of distance, ingnoring reflective walls for the moment), and under light #2 will get over 350. Reflective walls change this picture somewhat, but the principle remains the same.

Good luck with the grow. :pighug:

Day 29...
Got my first setback. Noticed some yellow tips on the new leaves coming out. I watered them quite a bit today to try and flush out the excess nutrients.
Going to lower my feeding doses from now.
Sorry about the burple pic but I don't have any natural light here in the room sorry.

Day 32...Did some plucking and trying not to take off too many leaves. The plant in the picture is my tallest plant and I think it started to flower.
I also took the plant benders off on some of the plants.
I will feed and water tomorrow but I am learning as a first time grower that its so hard to leave your plants alone. My 2nd grow I will definitely restrain myself from messing with the plants too much.

Day 33. All 4 plants are flowering. I would say its day 3 of flower. 2 of the smaller plants are a couple of days behind. Sprayed some neem oil today just in case. Watered and fed bloom nutrients and CalMag at 1/2 dose of recommended at Ph6.4. I will post some better pics tomorrow.

Day 34...I added sticky pads to the tent. I don think I have pests but in case I do I added them. Flowering is in full effect now on all 4 plants. Excited to see them grow from here on out. I think we have 4-5 weeks left roughly.

First off, :welcome: to AFN brother
Most of the answers you already got from the other members.
What kind of light (brand/type) are you using? Some of them can be dimmed with a triac dimmer. Tuya has one that can be adjusted via the free app.

Unfortunately I bought my setup used and it came with a light that does not have a dimmer. Only a Veg and Bloom switch. Its a 2000w light by Kingsled. Honestly probably the weakest link in the setup as it came with this Zazzy tent and a Vivosun inline fan and filter. For $300 I couldn't resist.
