Photography Bud rot or old plant

She was mostly harvested a week or 2 ago. These were left. Any idea what this yellowing/browning on the flower? Old plant or the dreaded rot?

looks like dead leafs too me cant see any grey fuzz aka budrot

just keep a eye on it dead leaves going into the buds can promote bud rot

only had it once on top of top bud as it was hanging.didnt twig at first....hang on that dosnt look right (a bit like trichs but fuzzy)chop offending bit off and bin,gives snips a good clean and up airflow.
yours justs looks like natural browning.if in doubt chop off and quarantine bud.if its 2% bin it if it not worth the hassle.
