all plants with buds have been chopped down ( autoflowers), all my bud that was curing has been moved and the 3 month old vegging plants are laying in the grow room wrapped in garbage bags.. I have to either re-plant them outside with branches all broken, or just cull them now.. I dont know man

thanks for helping me decide to wreck my grow room guys, even though this was the one thing that kept life bearable I guess the outcome could have been worse. fuck my life though, I don't want to live anyorem

DrB, boy do sound down brother. But on the upside you still have your freedom and you live to fight another day. Some of us here at AFN have done serious time and suffered badly at the hands of the state (The Man, Police or whatever) due to the absurd drug laws. I won't say cheer up or look on the bright side but I will say, carry on the fight. Don't let the fascists beat you just be one step ahead!

Hey mate, I reckon you`ve done the right thing...It`s hard, but you`ve gotta let things cool down(and be a `good boy`) for a bit...It really is as simple(and painful) as that. Damage limitation is the order of the day! If you`re in the UK and they`ve kept y`phone(if you`re up for P with intent, it would not surprise me if they have a look at it...contacts, pics and try t`link it up t`known `faces`(in the `trade`...etc). I personally would not keep anything(except a small bit of percy!) at home. Take care mate, all the best.

Thanks for the support guys. I really appreciate reading this. I'm completely ruined, not even feeling well enough to stay in my own house. I'm considering leaving everything and just move. I dont want to live a place like this where some stupid drug Laws can ruin your whole life. I've been at the bottom before and I was just starting to see some light, but now I've been knocked further down than I could imagine when I got out of bed yesterday. I've got nothing here now, i'm living an empty useless life and it just got 10x worse. Sorry for bitching but its the only thing i can do right now...
Also the phone has a number combination lock.. Just crossing fingers they can't get stuff out of it or i'm dead.

Dont allow yourself to become completely ruined man that's exactly what they want. Don't look at it like you've been knocked back so far either, your a free man and will still be able to grow sooner or later. I get your frustrated but you could be in a cold ass cell right now facing much more serious stuff man so thats one positive! im sure if that was the case youd be wishing you would have been able to just toss them but good choice on the combo lock those are generally a bit harder to guess than the pattern codes because when your screen is off and its black you can sometimes see the pattern on the screen left from your finger so i think u may be ok when it comes to that.

Hope things get better man you took the safest route. If they would have raided you and ended up weighing all your plants (im sure they dont bother trimming, drying, etc before weighing) you would have probably went down for serious some weight be safe bro

I am no expert in law but I would assume if they could find your plant pics on your phone, they would of confronted you already. This would have been probable cause to escort you to your home and encourage you to open all doors in your home. If not a warrant would of pursued. Most likely the arresting officer did not suspect or care to investigate further.

If you are so down, maybe it is time for a new adventure in your life. Deal with the court penalty and then relocate to a better state/country, where you can start again and be happy.

I hate to be the person to say this. But, I'm sure you don't want to be ignorant of what may be happening to your phone. Apparently it's common for law enforcement to use boilerplate "court orders" to require Apple and Google to unlock iPhones and Androids.

I would get rid of everything in the house (hopefully you have friends who can hang onto things) and develop "plausible deniability" concerning photos, texts, etc. ("Those are pictures I took of someone else's plants.").

Never say the pics are from a friend! The next question asked is the name of your friend. Just say you collect pics of appealing plants found on the internet(Google images).
Make sure GPS coordinates are not embedded in your pics. That would be proof of where the plants resided over a date period.
