I'm wondering if any of my Afn peeps have grown THC Bomb autos. I have three different strains all from auto seeds and these ones seem to be booming compared to the other two. If conditions are ideal what kind of yield can I expect per plant?

We would love pics!!! I know that the photo thc bomb has an excellent yield! We would need to know more info, pot size, medium, nutes, lighting, temps etc... And even than all any one could do is offer just a guess... Each grower and each plant are different... Though I'm sure someone will pop in that has either grown it and can give you their experience... I know I got a pack of these waiting to be popped. ;) wishing you the best of luck and would love to see some pics, what are the other strains your running?

image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgOk here's some pics of my girls, my nutes I'm gonna start using and I need help on how the hell to read the label and use them, as well as my soil ph tester. I'm about to start week 3 on my 2 thc bombs, and 1 chemdog. The other 2 which are a candy kush and another chemdog have all been planted just two days ago after germinating. I had a problem with two candy kush's already, they both germinated like champs but one just never broke ground and other tried growing upside down. I have 4 23w cfl's dedicated to each plant with 6 t8, 32 watt bulbs above. When they start flowering I'm going to add some 40 watters in there. Actually it's more like when I get more money as this has been a very costly expense so far. My temp always stays around 75 degrees and my humidity is always in the forties. I run a 20/4 light schedule. I'm really anxious to get the girls some supplements but I have no idea what the back of the veg bottle is telling me. Can someone help me please!?!? And I might sound stupid when it comes to measuring the soils ph, but everytime I stick my meter in the pot it stays at the default setting of 7. Or it flashes really fast to 6.7 or 7.5. Whatever it does I'm not sure which one is my actual ph. And how do I test it properly? Am I to test the runoff? Which from my understanding is the excess drainage that comes out the bottom of the pots? So if u experts and fellow newbies can assist me in anyway to make these some beautiful girls it would be greatly appreciated.

And one more thing. I'm technically a few days away from entering week 3 on three of my girls. All three have 3-4 sets of leaves and the leaves get bigger daily who his nice, but the vertical growth isn't really keeping up. I know they stay short for the most part, but am I doing something wrong? Or is it still early? Btw, this site is probably the greatest thing on earth

Hi ntga,
Your little girls are looking healthy... Always start the feeding off on the low end 1/8 to 1/4 of what is reccomended on the bottle. Also it looks like you have a soil ph meter... You really want one that is like a pen that is used in water..there are many options from cheap ($20) upwards of $300. You'll want to make sure the ph of your nute solution is at 6.5. For three weeks old I would think they would be bigger... Have you been feeding from the get go ?maybe you stunted her? Otherwise to me they are looking healthy and no signs of nute burn... Sometimes it just can be a genetic thing and nothing that you did wrong.
When you see the ladies growing downwards I've MANY times successfully fished the upside down girl and put her right side up with a bit of soil covering her and they have done fantastic!
:Sharing One:

Yoda, I haven't started with the nutes yet cuz I don't understand the directions on the dosages lol. Call me stupid but tht crap is jibberish to me. I've uploaded the chart for my veg nutes so maybe u can help me with the deciphering. And yea I tried turning that lil girl the right way, but I think I was a few days too late. Rip my lil candy

So sorry for your loss :( I've never used the product you have but from what I can tell the directions are based off of ml's per 3.8l or 1gal. I always use a syringe for measuring my nutes. The easiest and free way to get a syringe to use is go to your local pharmacy and tell them you have to give your dog or child meds and need a 10ml syringe (obviously without needle as they'll ask for a script)
So I am taking it your using coco? If so that should have very very light nutes to start with. Though for now I would use about 7ml's per gallon of the nute used for veg... If it's a two part nute use 7ml of each bottle... Hope that helps a little
:karma Cloud: for the rest of your gals... All sound like great strains!

No I'm using a premium potting soil made by Schultz with a little organic mix and some added perlite. My own lil creation and it seems to be working so far. Yes yes the loss was difficult but her siblings live on lol! So entering into week 3, do u recommend I start with the veg nutes? And how much should I water with the pots being roughly 3 gals each! Yoda, May bud be with you!

Hi bro always go by the weight of the pots while watering... By lifting the pots you'll feel the difference between a dried out pot and one that has been water and doesn't need anything.... Remember right now they are still small and probably are not using up that much water yet... I'd let the pots get almost close to dried out before watering again... Start off with 5ml per gal of the grow nute you got there and see how they respond.... Keep the force brother and you'll soon be smoking some of your own home grown dank ;) just wait, you think it's an expensive hobby now? Lol the cost can quickly get VERY VERY HIGH. Growing in itself becomes addicting ;)
