New Grower Cannabis Club Smoke-Off - Need Suggestions & Advice

It was boys night out last night and I got together with a few of my friends to work out the details of this Springs see swap meet. Usually scheduled for the last week of March. One of the guys pointed out we used to have someone who brought his skunk 1 to the seed swaqp and since his stroke we have nothing at the meet with a whole lot of smell. I volunteered to make some seeds for Auto Hymalaya Diesel a true stinker that could be ready for next year. I suggested maybe Dairy Queen from a few years past a real stinker. Can any of you suggest a really stinky pot to maybe get going for seeds. Does anything hit your memory banks?

Auto, or photo??
That Ice plant, I am finishing up, is really stinky. As is Larry OG. When i went out to the shed, to work on my plants, I could smell the Ice plant, before I even got to the shed.

I will totally take either an auto or a photo. I have no idea what Larry OG is that company sells the seeds for it. I grew an Ice out side It sure was a big sucker but can't remember it smeling that awesome. Must be a different pheno or something. Thanks for answering.

Larry OG, is from Cali Connection. Their Tahoe Kush, is also pretty smelly. The Larry OG, even has a pretty strong smell, during vegetative growth. I am about to start a Skunk#1XNorthern Lights#5, and I have no Idea what it will be like. The Father was the Skunk #1, which smelled pretty strong, but the Mother, NL#5 was rather mild in smell. You had to be pretty close to smell her. I made these seeds outdoors, so there is a slight chance that she was pollinated by another male, but it is a pretty remote chance.
Hope you find the strain you are looking for.
Have a great day

I went over today to talk with one of my mentors for pot growing. He is the old man of pot growing in the area and a real asset to our local Breeder's Club.

As he does every year he asked to see my list of what I was growing. I had it ready so I showed it to him. He said mostly shorter plants very wise. He said except that last plant. Your breeding I said yes that might not be so short. Fruit Juice was a tall branchy sucker for sure. I told him I haven't grown it before so I don't know. My wife really liked the flavour of the fruit Juice and I am hoping the Bee Jay will shorten it down and make it earlier. He shrugged cause he didn't believe me. I'll show by geeze then he will be sorry. I could hear a voice in my head saying fat chance you young whipper scapper. Hey I'm 66 I shouldn't have to do young whippersnapper any more.

Hey I thought we can call Muddy young whippersnapper not me.

Well here is this year's line up for outside:

Dutchman's Royal Orange by Flying Orange One of my wife's favs.

Bee Jay one of my breeding from Jack Herer old type and Early Bob Marley Don't think either parents are available anywhere any more. Earliest photo I have ever grown by a mile. Usually ready the first week of September.

Trainwrick from Golden Seed always a special old type that still rocks even if I don't.

Chocolope X Jackalope A type from our local breeder's club. Great everything. Nicest smell of all the pots I have ever grown. Chocolope mixed with Jack Herer old type and Cantelope.

Black Rose still afavorite of mine from Heath Robinson breeder in the UK. I do believe he is still going and still breeding. I could be wrong.

G-13 Haze from Barney's Farm Most of my friends like this stuff and so do I. Muddy hates it.

Super Cali Haze This great Satva had become my daytime smoke great up feeling and let's you get shit done. Short Stuff by Stitch.

Night Shade First time I have grown this. Another Barney's farm type.

Afghani #1 from Cultivator's Choice. I used to grow a type of Afghani called Black Tiger that slipped away during my illness and this was as close as I could find to the original. Turns a great purple at the end especially if it frosts.

Dairy Queen I grow it mostly for the stink. this is the dankest shit in the world I think. Got great buds as well. TGA got some Cindy 99 in her and she kick's ass.

Fruit Juice and BeeJay. Fruit Juice was a Blueberry and White Widow cross. I have a friend who loves it. The problem was it was just too tall for my stealth feelings. Hope the BeeJay will shorten her up and make her earlier. Another of my wife's favorites.

Super Bud from Green House for a shorty this will sure put some weight in your bag of A-1 shit. got great bag appeal to boot.

There she is wish me luck and I could add one or two more depending on the Breeder's club seed swap.

wow! that is some lineup nelson:booya:would sure love to member of that club man, or even a reserve judge in case of a tie lol! best of luck with them bro, roll on the summer:smoke:

All members of the club are judges and we each take home a joint of each pot presented to be judged. the hard part is smoking one of each day without heading to detox by the end of it. Ha ha. I was trying to think if there was anything I enjoyed more than the two meetings a year at the club and the assosiatione we get from the club. Nope can't think of even one. We are thinking of having a Christmas meeting to be all auto related. Maybe it will happen. Weare voting on it at the March seed swap. Now with 21 members we will be adding $1050 to the defence fund. What a bonus that is knowing you have a good down payment on a lawyer if the worst happens.

I'm glad you like my lineup. Every year it changes a bit but at least 80% remains the same. Some of the seeds are getting harder to find.
