Your plant looks nitrogen toxic. I would back off your veg nutrients. Yes start your HPS. I run the HPS the whole grow I even start my seedlings under my HPS.

I always use hps ,sometimes the mh at the beginning but an hps always I grow organic so I do not use nutrients of chemical composition ,to tell you the truth you're auto doesn't look half bad actually good with nutrients organic or chemical less is best and build up .
