hey my fellow GN brothers has anyone ever opened up their GN unit? i have my replacement module and wanted to check if anyone has any experience with opening them up? i dont wanna go taking screws out that i dont have to, any input would be much appreciated, thanks in advance guys
:peace:

I like to look after my GN boys plus I love taking things apart so I've just stripped a MS004 module down.

You will need a small Allen key and a Phillips screw driver. Start by removing the 10 Allen screws and face plate.

Next remove the 5 Allen screw on the optics face plate but be careful as the optics are not attached and are removed individually after the optics face plate.

After removing the optics follow the wires coming from the LED board to the black clip, unclip then remove the 2 small screws from the LED board and your ready to take it off.

To attach the new one just reverse what you have just done but be careful how tight you do up the screws on the LED board and the optics face plate. Should only take 15 to 20 mins bro.

Nice 1 TaNg.Sounds really easy . Looking in through the side of my 06 .Are the "drivers" the 3 aluminum blocks ,mounted between the cooling fans on the unit backplate .looks a bit like a motorbike regulator/rectifier ?.
Cheers
