If it is loose try and wedge something in between the bolt head and the grill to pull the nut up so it grips then gently tighten with a screwdriver :thumbs:

I have one of mine in bits as i have to replace a driver, you can see the nut that needs holding Larky Derry, the bolt you slackened may or may not serve as an earthing point, as two bolts in every fan hold an earthing lead.You may be running your unit now with no earth in force.

Pretty much the same bro except you will have a thermal interface disc that lies between the module and the heat sink,you will also have to take off the yellow plastic film that's on the heat shield...really simple to do bro,are you getting some?

HELPPPP.................i have just taken my ms0004 apart to replace he fan (whilst suffering with a hangover) and for some reason never i decided to strip it completely and clean it, only i didnt pay much attention to how the cables clip together, so im stuck, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Respect to you Tang, that is above and beyond being helpful but i am happy to report that once the sore head dissipated and i had a look at what i had done i figured it out, unit is working although i did burn out another fan, i really dont know how i can be so stupid sometimes, but to redeem myself i will take a few pictures and post them here to help others
