dont switch them to 12/12 bro! they are doing just fine flowering at the lite they are on obviously. also those roots need to be in the dark...wrap them 2x in duct tape, once will not suffice. that "explosive pistol stage" as you call it, is pre flower. your doing great ! dont change your lite schedule.

Well i'm happy to say they have kind of started to take off i think. Im seeing actual budsites forming now. They need to hurry up though!!

Can I LST this late? What would happen if I tied down the main stem 90degrees wouldnt all the little budsites grow up and become tops and increase my yield?

its not low stress training if you break the main stem. its not that i dont think more light to lower bud sites is a bad thing, but if youre out of the veg stage, dont do anything drastic. and cover those roots bud! get on that. you can tuck fan leaves to get more light penetration... but at this point, just make sure your ph and ec/ppm are both on point, the ladies dont look malnurished, so thats good. nice and green, and 20/4 is pretty much std lighting conditions, wouldnt use anything else. swampy could probably grow your plants vicariously through you, much more knowledgable than I, so pay heed mothertrucker. welcome to afn.

Yes you can LST the top cola 90 degrees, just take it easy and try to get it just below the other bud sites, this will encourage the others to fight for dominance. I just lst'ed the smallest plant HARDCORE. So hopefully it increase some tops. I dont care about this one really tbh so its cool well see what happens!
