Looking at turning my drying tent into another growing tent between grows. It is a 27 inch by 27 inch by 63 inch Mars hydro tent. Will only be running one plant maybe 2 at the most. How many cob lights would you reccomend?

I do the same thing...but when not drying..I use it to get my girls going to keep up with my perpetual grow so I don't need to cram up my finish flower tent. I have two autocobs in the 2x2...I only use one light unless the big tent has girls going longer than expected and they start flowering, then I flip two . I have a length of 4" vent house going into big tent to pull air out to keep temps. regulated. Set up works great for perpetual growers .

Kinda what my plans are for the tent actually. My main tent I run a 600 watt hps light. But I have been looking into autocob and thought small tent would be a good place to start. I have a 6inch vent hose between the tents now.

One Autocob will certainly do the job. I've been running two Autocobs each in my rear left and right plant positions. It seems to me that some do better with two, some don't. Basically strain dependent in the still early going for our Autocobs.

Go with strips, that way you can have the sky in the tent. Better penetration as well.
I’m happy you’re back but please don’t troll my section. Since I started Cobshop every comment from you has been against everything I have ever said and done. Let’s agree to disagree. There are plenty of places that would love your input but this isn’t one of them.

I think most comments here have been great as far as first hand experience goes. The best advice is from people who have actually used them in similar type spaces. My opinion is the same as everyone else’s, either 1 or 2 cobs. You can surly start with one and add a second if you felt you needed more.
