@ swampman Here was my basic recipe, i was trying to keep it simple.

1 Part - GARDNER & BLOOME SOIL BUILDING COMPOST Natural
2 Parts - BLACK GOLD Natural and Organic potting soil
1 Part - Black Gold Perlite
2 cups D.E.

The G&B compost gave me the worst fungus gnats I've experienced and I have found it problematic in my vegetable gardening. I also went overboard on the D.E. as right before I experienced my first root aphid infestation. I suspect the DE might have been the root of some early issues after transplant.

Been lagging on an update. Didn't want to have to re do it. Dr Feelgood has been on a water only diet for a bit and I think I'm letting her dry, then chop. Gave C3 & C4 their last meal and they start on the diet of water.

Cobra 1 has been chopped and is drying:
