Ok so I’m looking to buy some cobs to replace my HPS I normally run 3x 600w hps. I wanted to replace them with the 600w migro (I know I could use 400 but extra light won’t be such a bad thing) but this light seems pricey so are there any other cobs that can match there performance or better them. For a slightly better price, informed opinions only please information will go towards my decision making, and new light arnt cheap thanks guys appreciate the help.

Migro is an excellent option, individual lights give you the option of adjusting for each plant .....

Another very viable option, based on tent size is the Electric Sky 300 .... With the ES 300 your PAR Coverage area will be about as good as you can get .....this light is dimmable

HGL is another excellent option producing savings if you DYI ..... You won’t go wrong with HGL

Optic 8 a dimmable light with great coverage and light colors ..... Optic produces some rock hard buds, I own an Optic 4 and Optic 1 grow Cob and Optic 1XL Cob .... Optic is a killer light, especially when run on a light rail ...

I like you are planning a new space and I’m seriously considering MiGro but Electric Sky is interesting as well and then there is Govida - their first LED Light is killer for 4x4

Myself I’m looking to outfit a 4x4 and the Two Electric Sky 300 maybe my choice as the light can get lower to the canopy this light is more efficient per watt on the plant due to straight line direction of the light waves - something that’s not talked about much .... with discount cost is about $1,350 US with FREE Ship .... Good luck.

I actually watched that video that put me on to the HLG

HLG is a great option, you won’t “grow” wrong with HLG ......

How your space is being used and setup is very important, you don’t want to light equipment and non-plant areas and that’s where the individual lights have an advantage but with output per Watt used being high, wasting light is less of a concern ..... HLG output is like 2.6 verses Benchmark HPS at 1.0 ......

See discount codes they have .... Maybe able to save some coin .... Good luck with your new lights, they going to grow killer buds bro, good luck.

Ok sounds great... I watched a tutorial build on them and the whole wiring knocked me a little I don’t know much about electrics and don’t feel suited wiring such expensive lights and potential burning my house down lol, that being said I have decided to buy QBs the exact model is “
Horticulture Lighting Group HLG-600H Quantum Board LED Kit V2” there $761 with free shipping to the uk. Including a option to come pre built and tested and dimmible. I will buy three of these unless you have a better recommendation that I don’t have to wire. Thanks for the help I always thought cobs where the most efficient
Good choice bro, I would try to work out the tax you would need to pay and add that into your costs as there are a couple distributors of HLG in the UK which might work out cheaper without the import tax, here are the links to the companies if your not in a rush as hlg Europe seems to be out of stock of most items atm and diyleduk are on holiday but personally I would contact them.
