Hi guys,

just getting my next grow supplies sorted and I've decided to go with coco this time round.. But which one?

any ideas which is best for me as I've not used it before and i would prefer a coco that will do me we'll for the whole grow. I will be using 2 7 litres airpots with canna coco nutes. 180 (90 actual ) vipar LED

any suggestions?

and I'll be going with sweet seeds cc again!!

I'd just go with a 50l bag of canna coco, it's about £9.95 (in the UK). I hear they do a 'purer' version but Iv not tried it yet. I'd also get some perlite for extra drainage

Yep, you wouldn't want to change growing medium part way though a grow, I imagine it would be too stressful on the plant.

If you want some reassurance check out my last 3 grows, all have been done in coco and all 3 have produced around the same yield "AFN smoke out"

Doing all my grows currently (ones being logged on here sweet seeds jack 47, s_a_h g13 x hp x LR, and my 32oz contest cup/breeding project) are all being grown in canna coco from the bag as TT suggested. :tiphat:
if ya do a search through some of my threads I'm a total noob at coco as well and have documented how I've pre watered the pots ("charged" the coco)
also advanced nutrients just came out with a sensi grow and bloom a&b strictly for coco (no measuring of ph! Yay!) which has the added cal/mag and iron coco lacks... And that the regular sensi products don't have as much in them.... Am running those nutes currently with the coco so guess we are on the same journey so :karma Cloud: to you and your grow and :slap: for trying a new medium, it's the best way to become a better grower... Experiment, experiment, experiment!!!
:Sharing One:

im using plagron coco premium right know it seem very good and canna coco plus is good too brv, Peace Kudo.jpg

Cheers guys and thanks for the rep!

think I'll get some of that sensi gear then because ph is not my friend!

its the only way I think a grower(if that's what I am) can truly find his niche. Test test test, experiment experiment experiment.

And nod to be honest if it wasn't for you guys and the rest of afn fams, I would have given up long ago, so thanks guys,

ill get tight on with shopping now. Just one more thing though.. Will 7 litre pots be big enough?

yes but you will have to water a lot.

I like mine with some happy frog and a good micbo treatment. Holds more water and dont need the nutes for a few weeks.
Then as the nutes wear off, run it like soil and water the piss out of it with light nutes or calmag each watering.
Coco loves calmag

I use coco for all my transplants, not MJ, stuff like trees, tomato plants, choke cherry, other flowers.
Coco is easy just treat it as super soil and in return your plant grows like its in super soil.
