I got the orginal recipe from Root66...

I use..

Roots cooked overnight with 24oz of Coconut oil.

Then I use
1 1/2 Cup of Beeswax
2 tbs Olive Oil
2 tsp E oil
1 tsp lavandar.

I use this for everything to muscle pain to pimples, cuts and burns and great for wrinkles too!
