Well my drainage was full of roots, so she was over watered. iron problems bigtime. She went from lush green to yellow / white in a couple of days . so she drowned ...
but seing does dwc doing fine ( read pretty damn good ).. i might convert my TFR to RDWC and make a run just to se how goes, maybe som CS spray to get pollen.

Couldn't get a pic last week... tech difficulties with batteries.
But, this week it looks like some (small) bud... it's shaping up to look like I'll get a couple joints after all...

Everyone still kicking ass! I believe my attempt of switching to bloom nutes so early is biting me in the ass. My plant is starving for some nitrogen, but I'm trying to hold off so she will be done at end of contest. Will post this weeks update ASAP. (on phone right now and can't upload pics). Everyone hold on tight, we're about to cross finish line.

woohoo! The contest ends this week eh? I can not wait for it to be over with... LOL! it's become actually a chore keeping up with them. Even though I just updated a couple of days ago I busted out the dslr and grabbed a couple of shots.....

Wow, 5 days left in the comp and we're down from 32 to 18 contestants - seeds prizes aside I think we can all pat ourselves on the back at this point. To my fellow soil contestants you know what it's been like to try and keep the levels right so for those of you with lush green plants, kudos. DWC growers what can I say, truly raising the bar of what is achievable with autos, I think you're gonna leave a whole bunch of members surprised and maybe inspired. In the next comp I'm definitely gonna put 100% into it, i'd say this girl has had about 20% of my attention and care since I'm currently under way with my first DWC attempt and it's taking up all of my brain power when I'm in there with them. Right, sentimentalism aside - on with the update!
The first pic I want to show you is how little space and light this girl has been getting thanks to her big sister and also for the majority of this comp I only had one LED, recently got a second..nobody puts baby in the corner, well apparently I do


And the rest of the pics, I've been slacking as I said above so I've not checked PH once through the whole grow - the leaves are paying the price now.

Whats the rules regarding final pics ?. i guess they all have to be entered on the final day within a 24hr window to accomadate time zones ? ?

I know I dropped my beans at the very start of the 1st day in my time zone so will take final pics on the last min of the final day in my time zone .Thats 23.59 on the 7th Nov GMT for me: :Holy Moly:

started PK boost week on d 50 to try & move things along & it went really well ....still nothing like some of the almost finished plants/ buds i see but if I carry on & finish her I should get a pretty nice stash of weed .I'll keep the PK running at a lower dose & EC till the comp ends & start to bring her down form then on .... probably straight onto overdrive & flush in fact ?.... Aiming to have her ready for day 80 IF I CAN LOL... so still a long way for me to go yet & it will be a personal challenge from then i guess !!!! .Hopefully the final weight will make the extra days worth while :stylez rasta smoke:
