Week 1 update:

We have lift off! Its either a KVS or a Diesel x C99, the cubes topples over one day and got them mixed up... 1 out of 6 so far! First time trying Hempy, started off with 1ml sensi a&b and .5ml of voodoo juice...

to my knowledge there is no such thing as light pruning. The danger in clear containers is that algae can start growing in your pot where the medium is exposed to light?

Thanks for the Info. Makes sense.

I have seen a grow report with a clear pot were the roots seemed unaffected (posted in my grow report). I almost want to tape the container but on the other hand where is the fun in that. We will see the results when its done. I will take some shots of the roots at the end of the grow and document the algae development.

Popped its head out on friday

Alrighty! Less then 48 hours after popping fresh beans after the initial bunch failed I got me a sprout today! Kinda surprised me when I pulled the blackout cover off the humidity dome this morning and I saw the pale little thing. popped a cfl over the dome and its greenin up some this afternoon. Got 9 more waitin liftoff,should be some more up tomorrow and i'll snap a pic.

Had to put em outside for a spell - working so I couldn't manage em, but they're back under 18/6 and warm. Expecting some 24" Highrise monsters!
