Actually you would be surprised what they can go through at full speed(not quite 70 in windy water though). With such a low center of gravity and the weight, the slice through moderate wave with ease.

Dont take long to get from point A to point B!! But yeah like dudeski said....fuel costs hurt!! I prefer smaller light crafts with 50-80hp(especially for the type of water i usually fish)
