Doner meat has to be lamb mince for me
Used to be the same for me but I have to watch the fats now I've just gotten the cholesterol under control and the price of lamb fillet is too high to justify mincing it up. But I don't mind making chicken or turkey doner, biggest thing is I have control over what goes into it


...I just couldn't see the garlic mayo....
..hubby said steak....but he has bought these things that are young cow steaks....
...in between proper steak and veal....I've only had it once before and it was bloody tasteless.
