Harvest & Curing Cutting/Trimming/Shaping Stations

LOADS of variables man, truly. well if you were organic verses chem I would mention to do two VERY different ways of drying and so on. but across the board all that really needed is an extended dark time over what your plants are used too. the reason is ,is that the reason they say harvest or pick or cut a bunch or whatever...IN the morning. plants are the strongest in the wee AM hours just prior to the sun upcycle. so if your plant has say a 6 hour sleep cycle. I would go with something like 8-12 max. nothing more is really needed..ever. because the plant(cannabis) sleeps, rests, and then wakes up an hour or two prior to lights up with ALL of its profiles as strong as they can be and ready for the full day of wrok yet AGAIN. so that is when you take em,after about a 8-12 hours dark period. 24 if ya want but no more imho is really required.

chems I would do what Gator dude mentioned ,shy of the dark but to each his own as he mentioned :D

but organics imo is vastly different to pull them profiles along further and stretch em out over a week this time of year.this time of year makes it easy for me,but I would cut them to roughly 10-12 inches long and have a small fan near'ish them to move air and the temps are ok at 70F or so.cooler if you need to tamp smells slightly and slow the process and vice a versa. but once the stem feels like it is stiff and wants to break but doesnt,that...is when you take them, and jar em up. or if its taking longer than you thought you can always clip the buds off and lay them on a tray under a fan for an evening and then jar ...or 36-48 max THEN jar.. many things can be done..but that way i have found REALLY pops them buds bigtime with tastes, smoothness and firey gooey goodness

here is a 1 dollar thing people with good eyesight can use to look at their meds. works decent but not as good as a loupe imo. and got some new manicuring scissors.been wanting a cpl pairs of these for awhile now,and i finally got a few.cheap, can sharpen them and cheap LOL wipe the petro oil off of them and make sure they're clean and start trimming. thanks!

most walgreens or similar CVS type of store should carry these cheap plastic wallet magnifiers also. so take a quick look around your area(s) if you truly cant afford 10-15 USD for a quality LED white light lit Loupe.

They look good quality scissors. When you're trimming a very sticky plant, how do you clean the scissors?

scrape em. if it bad ill scrape em then ill wipe em with an alcohol wipe. but usually a good scraping tends to ease the burden for me.
why didn't I think of alcohol wipes:d5:

Wish I could....welcome to the stone age of internet...I could get high speed if I was okay with spending $2000 a year for subpar service

Allright @912GreenSkell i found a small self powered model demonstration..in CO the green rush is to the point that a person can rent the real big powered models to do the work( not that i need one, with my measly harvests)

yeah to be honest you essentially have two options right now. hand manicure after a trim machine (if you like manicured buds) hits them for a cpl minutes,or hand trim from scratch. the machine will do a decent job it just smashes some of your meds to the flowers.but is a good option for less hand strength people like you and me.but i still hand trim. makes it tough too when its OD bud since sometimes they foxtail or might have an airy bud structure to them lending to much more work either way. but I would totally recommend getting one or two for large trim jobs.
