I order a lot of stuff from Mephisto, never having done so before. They were sure quick to take my money, however it’s been well past the “4day grace period” an I have yet to get even an email... I’m not trying to bash the company, I’ve read so many good things an for this to happen is really upsetting since I spent so much money... if I knew this was how they operated I would have steered clear. Is anyone having this problem? Or maybe a solution...

Mephisto seems to have a stellar record from what I have read in here, so don't be too down on them. They currently have a problem that they are working out, so just a little patience while they do their thing.
