Hello AFN doctors. I am at day 51 for my Delicious Dark Purple Auto. I started the bloom stage a lil late, but other than that, I'm not sure what I did wrong. I see pistils confirming a female plant and not a male. Water is phd to 6.9 to 7.0. Currently using 2 ml AN Jungle Juice Bloom, 1 ml AN Bud Candy, and 1 ml AN Big Bud. first bloom feeding I added the Jamaican Bat Guano in the top soil mixed in. Giving its 3rd bloom feeding tonight after getting more feed back, as well as taking new pics for day 51... Here the link to my AFN thread so you can see everything more clearly. Hope somebody can help me figure out what's wrong

:toke: Casper- I don't think the bloom delay is nutrient related,... you can't stop an auto from blooming by nutes, what would most likely happen is with too much N going in, it would make for lousy leafy bud formation, not delay the process... Sometimes a given seed will not behave as expected; this is true even of fem'ing too, males can still show! That said, the plant does look overly green (mild N toxicity), but that could just be the lighting/camera... The symptoms I see on the margins are looking like K defc. to me, and given your light feeding, it's more likely to be a basic lack-of type defc., not a pH lockout; usually there will be other co-symptoms along with it,... However, without an actual in-soil pH, I can't be 100% certain... if you've stared bloom nutes now, then there's more K going in than with the grow regiment--theoretically! With AN nutes, and the batshit crazy multi-product line-up that requires you to muck around with a dozen different fert's and supplements, one has to line them all up, and take an accounting of all cumulative inputs from each product.. worse, if you leave certain ones out you can end up shorted on some things... since you're using relatively few, you may have nute gaps,.. the guano is an organic source, and may not plat well with you synthetics... the soil microbes need to break that down into absorbable forms, so it's anything but fast acting, and a synthetic regime in typically hard on soil life, especially if you haven't used inoculants... also, that type guano doesn't have squat for K in it,...

I use AN Jungle Juice, and find it a very good, affordable product. I did find that it does not give enough micros, especially in bloom stage. I bought some GO Microblast and add 1 ml/L every other time. Fixed some problems I was having with boron def about midbloom. When I started out with the AN, I was just going with the so many ml/L or 1/2 strength, etc. I found that my grows would always go quite abit longer than what most other peoples grows took. I started using my ppm pen and started mixing my nutes according to ppm instead of 1/2x or so many ml/L. I found that when using the ml/L method, I was mixing alot hotter than what I thought. After changing to ppm method, my grows seem to have shortened up a bit and I use less nutes. Just an observation, don't know if it holds water. You can get great results with the Jungle Juice, Microblast, B52, Big Bud and Overdrive. I also use Carboload and Rhino Skin, but have had great results without them. I also use the soil microbe sups VooDoo and Piranha, both well worth the investment, I would not grow without some type of soil microbe sup. I think it makes all the differance.

50 days and no more buds than what you have, I would just leave on 12/12 until she decides to pop.

pH is a little high....should be closer to 6. I go 5.8.
