Mephisto Genetics DCAT goes stealth

I cannot figure why I haven't gotten any updates on your grow. I am suppose to get email messages of your posts. Need to get to MOB now. I'll be around after 5:00 this afternoon.

Have had an issue myself on my girls...I'll be back.

Giving my girls foliage spraying of Epsom Salt and did give them a good 1TBS per gal of Epsom Salt water drench last night. I am using the PRO Mix Ultimate soil and it holds water like a sponge. Two gallon SmartPots watered with a quart of feed/water will last for 4-5 days before the soil is in a dry/moist area. Picking up the pots they feel light, but when I use my industrial strength moisture probe...it reads WET!!!!! I've been doing the lift test before watering and I've been over-watering my girls. I think they did stress a bit with the early LST. Still very lush with fan leaves and full canopy. Getting a mag issue....still haven't figured that out yet. They all do..and I still wait till they show signs before fix.

I'll take a look at your grow when I get back this evening. Okay?

Sorry to @mephisto for not paying more attention and letting my nutes get too far ahead of me. Your seeds deserve better. With that said I'm still excited for the chop and cure to see how these are. Will probably chop some after the weekend and the rest I'll see how they look.
No more photo updates as I'm too embarrassed for what I've done to them. I will update with weights and stuff once chopped but now I know what not to do and that's as important as knowing what to do.
@BayLee420...since we are so off on our grow times doing a stealth grow off could be a difficulty to set it up but we'll figure something out...let me work on getting my feeds dialed in and then we'll really give her a go.
End of May into the 2nd week of June will be in the 70 day range for these girls. Love to do a Stealth Grow Battle with you. That should get some attention on us "little" growers. Bigger my be better, but Stealth is cooler.[emoji41]

Those moisture meters are real eye-openers, aren't they? My soil will be dry as a bone on top, yet halfway down the pot there is still plenty for roots to drink. Without my moisture meter, I'd probably be watering to run-off right now.

I think the meter is a very worthwhile tool to have. They don't cost much and sure let you know how wet or dry your soil or coco is down in your pot.

Once you get into a rhythm of actually knowing how long the SmartPots will dry/moist out. It becomes easier not to over water. I still over watered by doing the lift test. Now I'll know the time frame better.

As @Rhyce Saroni says..."It takes a lot of dryness to kill a ganja plant!" He's correct. Four full light cycles (fifth day) and the SmartPots are just right to water as of now. That will change as they flower. It's amazing how they seem to respond to the full wet/dry cycle. After they moist/dry out and then watered..they just respond very well. Feel stupid that I over waterd them. Rookie mistake.:naughtystep:

Sorry guys been out all day. Will prob chop at least the 2 tomorrow when I get home. Will check the others and decide at that time. They don't appear to be adding much weight in the last week so I don't know if waiting another week or two is gonna make any difference.
Now I know not to premix too much nute mix and just add it all crazy like. I'll make it as I need it so if I notice major issues I don't have to dump anything.
Not counting my first two major failure grows this is only my second true grow so I'm still figuring things out myself so I'm not too upset. Every failure is an opportunity to learn so I'm learning every grow.
Will update tomorrow night what my final decision is on the 8 I have that are about ready.
