Im not sure if this is a bug like mite infestation or some type of deficiency. starts with yellowing-browning and some of the leaves have tears. any help would be much appreciated. started on one plant but has been moving to others. im growing 4 different strains and its happening to all of them. Ive tried using the fox farms don't bug me but doesn't seem to be helping. is this something that could destroy my crop or is it fixable? Plants were started may 31st

Without more info I'd only be guessing....are they outdoors or indoors?..What kind of soil and does it contain nutes?...What is the pH of the water you're using and what is the pH of your runoff?...have they been watered excessively or if outdoors have they been subjected to excessive rain? Droopy leaves and wet look of soil makes me think over-watering, but possibly some deficiency symptoms too (spots). If it's pre-nuted soil, like

OF, it shouldn't be lacking anything, but it's possible that incorrect pH is causing one or more nutrients to be locked out. Larger holes in leaves look like the work of larger insects, you'd see them if they were still there.....you didn't leave the girls out in a hailstorm, did you? LOL Plenty of time to get them back on track, they actually look pretty good for 3 weeks old! Post more info so we can help you out!:keythe key to success!)Hey thanks for the help, and sorry for not adding more info, I thought about that later on after I left today lol....Ok so they are outdoors, Im using a mix of OF and HF, I used a 1.5 cu ft bag of the OF and a 2.0 cu ft bag of the HF. and around 16-19% perlite, my ph is around 6-6.5 not sure exactly because I only have the strips. at week 2 I watered with 1/2 tsp gal of ff Big bloom the wet soil and droopy leaves was because it was raining pretty bad and cloudy before I took the pix, usually though the plants look really great and the leaves are not droopy at all when the suns out. its just those few parts on some of the dif plants leaves that look like that. really though other than those few spots that look bad the plants look great, ive been spraying the ff don't bug me on them a little bit, not sure if its helping or not but like I said they look great other than the few spots here and there where the leaves are yellowing-browning or the few spots where the leaves have tears in them. here are a couple pix of the good parts of the plants

In my experience, which is limit comparing to some of the auto gods here OF usually should have nutes added until after week three. It's a super rich soil and autos, I'm assuming their autos after all your here, can be rather touchie about their food. But then again every plant is different.

The plants are getting to the stage where they should really begin to take off- assuming we get a little sun! There should be plenty of nutrients in that soil so don't feed anything for a while...Maybe just add a little bit of cal-mag to your water as insurance, especially if using RO or distilled water with low mineral content. You can start feeding a mild nutrient mix in about a month, unless they ask for it sooner. Good luck and keep us posted!
Thanks 4 your help guys! Hey Mikey I was actually thinking of getting a cal-mag supplenent. Probably wil go get some today...are there any special kinds you'd reccomend for autos? I called and they said they have alot of dif kinds going from like 12-20$...and the water I use is ro water...I just buy jugs from the grocery store because the water at my house is pretty bad

Look at that lovely green colour! The leaves have great texture & form.
The bottom leaves on the lowest branches usually turn yellow or otherwise look like they are gonna die---especially on outdoor plants. I guarantee you. Look at some of the other grow journals---go to the end of them and see what their plants looked like a week before harvesting. Look at the lowest branches. Hell, even the leaves on some of the buds will be yellow---or even white.
You don't have to change anything about what you're doing. Try not to be too eager to feed them with nutrients. Less is more. A little goes a long way. I was told to start with half doses for the first feed.
I suggest you post your nutrient question at the Fertilizer forum. That way the true nutrient experts will be able to give you the best advice. Your soil already had some sort of fertilizer in it, is that right? Therefore the Fertz Experts will take that in account before advising you. Make sure you tell them about your specific brand of soil.
The plants love light more than nutrients.
