I'll second @The Elvis .
Unless you're 100% sure of the correct way to wire in any device, it's best to either step back and study or have someone with the knowledge help you.
Incorrect wiring can fry your investment, or worst case scenario start a fire and cost you everything.
Do you have a picture or a link to the schematics?

Not good!! You need to know color codes. please dont put a hot wire on a ground.. Read read read .. About power in your contry and how it works.. Nothing wrong with questions bro but not like this..

I believe that it is grounding the driver. Which means grounding the case to the frame its held with. Thats totally different from the ground wire for the power supply.

Safety first my friends! Check check and double check, my friend almost lost everything a few weeks ago because of a dry joint of solder, don't let those wires touch a metal frame.

Put some paint on that frame!! This was a big reson I Painted mine. I have alot of power on all that aluminum..

Also a hot glue gun will help keep those wires in the correct places..
