DIY DIY Reflector

'Sup fellow growers!

Forgive me if there was thread about it, I searched it but couldn't find any viable answers.
I was wondering if someone built DIY reflector and tested it against store grade aluminium reflector. For example I would build reflector out of diamond mylar which would turn out cheaper solution, rather than buy it. Again, if someone used DIY, again, please share your opinions
