OK so I just planted 2 seeds in john innes number 2 and added perlite for extra drainage for the first few weeks.

They have come through and are looking OK up to now.

I'm currently running them on a dual 200watt cfl for now.

Temps are 30 degrees when light is on 20/4.... is that too cool?

Looks like they have stretched a bit so I lowered the light down.

30 deg C is 86 degree F. I think most people shoot for a range between 75 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit under optimal conditions. What do you have for cooling in your grow space? Fans? Intake? Exhaust? I wouldn't be super worried right now; but might be something to nip in the bud now instead of waiting for it to be a bigger problem later.

Thanks man, I got a fan blowing across them when light is on. My grow space is about 4ft x 4ft I'll get a pic up soon to show you guys.

Yeah man seen it, I've had 3 grows already on here but lost my username some time ago. It was seasickdee originally. Thanks for the advice bro. Looking forward to these ones. I put them in 10 litre pots this time instead of 7. Gonna pop more soil round the top to support them as they have stretched a bit.

Well folks... I've just had to go back to my veg 125w cfl the dual I was using is way too big at this stage for my seedlings... bulb is too fat and I couldn't higher it anymore...little set back but nothing major...

Is it a good idea to start giving my seedlings some jungle juice grow nutes? It says on the bottle I can... but what would you guys suggest?

Without reading your thread, no. I usually wait til about the 3rd or even the 5th node before I start feeding. But this depends on what your soil had in it to start with.
