I set them around 18-20" in veg, then lower them to about 10-12" during flower.

With the two LEDs I have now in that space there are rarely at the same height, so I think the multiple light idea makes a lot of sense from that standpoint.

What are those bloom bulbs, CFLs?

yes muddy they are both CFL bulbs and it runs hotter in there now ...I just thought it was hotter yesterday cause it was pretty hot outside ......i got home very earlry this am and my room was even hot ...the tent is at 83 alreay and has all day to run .....I think im gonna take them back out and put the others back in !!!!

If you're venting back into the room, then you're sucking the hot air right back into the tent. Vent outdoors in the summer if you can, indoors in the winter. Or A/C the room so it's pulling in cooled air.

I'm not grumpy and you are out of line. This is my thread to discuss my grow or anything else I feel like discussing here. If you've got questions about your plants they belong in your thread, not in someone elses. That's called hijacking and not proper forum etiquette.

Yep, that's the one. I thought about adding a Chrome instead but it's coverage area doesn't really mesh well with the two others in that space. If I were starting from scratch I probably would go with the Chromes.

i appreciate your time w/ all this led crap
you know always been looking into them over the years and i do believe they will be the future until plasma light technology gets cheaper
but i consider you a fantastic source over the years trying to sort through all the bs out there
it is getting to the point you can spend hours just looking at companies and barely getting a chance to compair the specs of the product compaired to cost over results
def looking to expand w/ leds and your one of the few i trust the judgment of
looking at prob getting some chromes over the next few months but really weighing my options
there is a great uk based company that have great light that i stumbled on and at a good price can't remember the name right off because they don't ship out of uk???
interchanging lens for more versatility of application and everything
